Salt as a building material for unusual living and work atmosphere

The wonderful structure and the orange-reddish colour gives room design new dimensions. Salt as a building material can be found as tiles or as stones, as natural boulders or as pillars. In addition to the orange-reddish Himalayan salt, one can admire the reddish-brown Alpine salt, the white Carpathian Mountain salt or the mystical blue Persian salt.

Use this new, unique building material as a light cover for radiators, as skirting boards, as a bench, a partition, for the lining of a sauna or have it incorporated into the wall as an artistic feature.

In addition to the aesthetic value, salt has pleasant characteristics. A charming play of light in natural colours make the KönigsSalz building materials good for our mental and emotional well being. It fills the air with negative ions. This gives it a refreshing feel, just like a trip to the seaside, to the mountains or to waterfalls. Scientific studies have proven that our feeling of well being grows when the amount of negative ions in the air increases.
